Shipping & Delivery Policy

How long YOHOBOX & YOHOmart will take to deliver my order?
Orders to Metro cities in India will get delivered in 5-7 business days and to the interiors may take at least 8-10 days (excluding Sundays and other Holidays). All orders are shipped after receipt of confirmed payment. During festival time delivery delays can be there.

Does YOHOBOX & YOHOmart deliver products in rural interior areas of India?
We provide delivery throughout India for all online products, also in rural interior areas through speed post or registered post. It will take 10-15 business days to deliver any product in rural interior areas. During festival time Delivery delays can be there.

Can I order to deliver at multiple destinations?
Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

Does YOHOBOX & YOHOmart deliver products Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Depending on your countries laws and regulations, you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes, this doesn’t happen very often. You may also be subject to a small fee from your bank for purchasing from a foreign country. Again, this is NOT a fee from YOHOBOX and you should discuss it with your bank.

Are there any shipping charges on YOHOBOX & YOHOmart products?
Within India for YOHOBOX & YOHOmart products, you get free shipping on most of the products. However, some products might attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature/category of your product, which location dispatched from, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product that you will be advised by our customer service call center or see on our Website.
The Octroi charges if any will be collected from the consignee.

What if my order gets delayed?
Orders can be delayed due to product unavailability for immediate dispatch. Wherein the stocks are still getting ready with packaging and pricing being done on the whole lot or in transit from the Warehouse to the Head office. This could put a delay in the dispatch of the online order, we will try to arrange the product to fulfill your order at the earliest.

I think my courier package is tampered with! what should I do?
If at the time of product delivery, you have received the product not in a good condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person, and immediately call our customer service or write an e-mail to hello@yohobox.co mentioning your order reference number. We shall investigate and if stated facts by you are found correct, we shall send a replacement delivery to you at the earliest.

What should I do if I have received a different order?
In case you have received a different product, or if the product was damaged in shipment, please contact us within 24 hrs of the order being delivered through email or customer care service and we will ensure that it will be replaced as soon as possible.


We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are some more shipping related points:

  1. Orders are delivered using reliable courier companies and most are sent through air shipping.
  2. We and our affiliates ship out orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  3. While we and our affiliates strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  4. You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
  5. Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may write to us on hello@yohobox.co mentioning your order reference number.
  6. The Company will not cover delivery delays due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not valid. So to avoid further error or delays in shipment you are requested to submit your correct & complete details of your address followed by pin code & landmark.
