Products in the box are pre-selected and we will not be able to replace the products in the event if you don’t like them. There is no returns and no refunds available on the YOHOBOX products since these are surprise or discovery boxes for kids to explore and experience the fun part.
Cancellations by the customer: Before Dispatch
Subscription Boxes (Multiple month Subscribers) & YOHOmart Products: In case we receive a cancellation notice from your side and the order has not been dispatched by us, we will cancel the order, the cancellation charges will become applicable that is 15% of the order value on that particular order and refund the remaining amount. One Month Subscribers – There is no cancellation for the one-month subscription.

Subscription Boxes (Multiple month Subscribers): In-case your subscription box for that particular month has been dispatched from our side, then refund will be processed for balance months, in this scenario your current subscription plan would reverse to a previous YOHOBOX subscription plan and the subscription pricing shall be calculated accordingly, also the cancellation charges will become applicable that is 15% of the order and refund the remaining amount.

YOHOmart Products: In-case your product has been dispatched from our side, then cancellation is not possible and cannot be returned. We expect that no difference of opinion will happen from your side regarding the cancellation.
Can I cancel a YOHOBOX Subscription or change my Subscription plan?
Oh yes sure! You can cancel a subscription or change your subscription plan any time. Your balance amount from the subscription will be refunded or adjusted to your account within 15 business days after deducting for the delivered boxes plus adjustment of differences in subscription plans and administrative expenses.

Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be cancelled from our side. We reserve the right, to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in the product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department. We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be credited to your account within 15 business days.
How long will the refund take?
Refunds will be made in your bank account only.
The refund amount will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation/modification or 15 days business days from the date of products received by us from you of the order

If at the time of product delivery, you have received the product not in a good condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person, and immediately call our customer service and write an e-mail to hello@yohobox.co mentioning your order reference number. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. We shall investigate and if stated facts by you are found correct, we shall send a replacement delivery to you at the earliest.
How can I exchange/return Box bought at YOHOBOX?
Product once opened cannot be exchanged/returned.
Can I return a box I am not fully satisfied with?
You can choose to cancel future orders/subscriptions but once the box is received/opened it cannot be returned.

Damaged product:
In the event of a product being damaged in transit, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product and after final approval from YOHOBOX team. We will replace it with a same/similar item, provided the issue is communicated to us backed with the genuine digital image as proof and within 24 hours of delivery of the YOHOBOX or YOHOmart product. The replacement process would take up to 7 business days. After 24 hours we will not be held responsible for compensation or refund. Return courier and amount will be the responsibility of customers and amount will be borne by the customer.

In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will have the incorrect items picked up from your shipping address. We will also ship the right items to you at the earliest.
