You must register with you complete contact details, once you have successfully registered you will recv welcome email from YOHOBOX.
It is easy to update your YOHOBOX account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.
‘My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on YOHOBOX.
Manage/edit your personal data like:
Address
Phone numbers
Email ids
Change your password
Track the status of your orders
Once you have successfully logged in to your account, there are a variety of different things you can control and access.
You can edit your shipping address. If you have moved recently, or you noticed a mistake with your address, please edit this as soon as possible to ensure that your YOHOBOX get delivered to the right place!
If you are having trouble logging into your account it could be because there is a typo in the email address or password attached to your account. If you have forgotten your password click on Forgot password and reset your password. If still not able to log in please email us at

WHAT IS YOHOBOX
There are many awesome things that set us apart. YOHOBOX was created after we researched with 3000 parents and kids nationwide on what exactly the kids needs and based on the feedback we developed YOHOBOX which has exciting cool brands, warehouse prices and our social mission "YOHO BIG HEARTS" — a goal to provide as many children the joy of gifting — is at the center of everything, because we believe giving is as important as getting.
From the very beginning, YOHOBOX has partnered with Delivering Good.
YOHOBOX is currently available for 3 different age groups starting from 4-6 years, 7-9 years and 10-12 years. All the activities/products are age-appropriate. Also, we have a YOHO Big Heart program.
YOHOBOX offers Triannually Subscription Plans, you can choose whichever subscription plan best suits you. Each month, your child will receive one YOHOBOX Box as per the period of the subscription.
YOHOBOX comes packed with 7 Engaging fun activities & products from 6 Super Interesting categories that facilitate their “16+1 key” development areas. All boxes include
Hands-on Activities: (DIY Kit & Creative Craft Kit).
Book: (Storybook/Educational or Activity Book).
Educational Game (Learning and Development Game).
Lifestyle Product (Fashion/Accessory or Hygiene product).
Snacks (Healthy Snacks or Candies).
Collectible (Exciting Collectible).
Yes, that’s the best part - every month is all-new exciting products for you, we guarantee that you will never get a box with products that you have already received.
In case you ordered previously from a different email ID or somebody has gifted you the box, let us know after you make a purchase and we will ensure we do not ship you the same box you have already received.
All the craft supplies and materials that we provide are tested and child-safe! However, when it comes to smaller kids, we mention the hazards and strongly recommend parental guidance.
ORDERING
You will receive an email/SMS once you place the order. You will receive one box per month based on the subscription you choose. Your first box will reach you within 7-10 business days of creating your order.
(i) Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, we and/or our affiliates/sellers will always confirm receipt of the order and begins processing it.
(ii) You will receive an email/SMS containing the details of your order when we and/or our affiliates/sellers receives it and confirms the same including a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
(iii) You will also be notified when we and/or our affiliates/sellers ships the item(s) to you.
(iv) Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).
Absolutely! You are always welcome to adjust your plan, email us your requirement at

You can do this by taking a 4 month subscription, try the first box, and if your child is not happy with the box (which is quite rare!), send us an email with your details at
hello@yohobox.co mentioning "Cancel My Subscription" in subject line and we'll refund the amount for the remaining boxes back to you.

Absolutely! Unless the box has already been shipped, we can change your delivery address during your subscription, send us an email with details at

No, Never. The surprise element is a huge factor for YOHOBOX. We will never announce what your YOHOBOX contains before you receive it.
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale. Please use the 'Contact Us' form to inquire with us and get information on the product's future availability.

Thank you for your interest in YOHOBOX! from time to time, we send boxes to YouTubers or bloggers to make them discover our surprise gift box.
We are currently only able to send few boxes to people who have built a strong following on their various channels (roughly 3000 or more subscribers/followers).
- Your channel/blog has to have something to do with kids items/toys/subscription boxes or similar
- You need to have a significant number of views, as we don’t send boxes to new sites / YouTube
